Becoming a professional does not happen overnight and neither do the strategies used by individuals to reach those goals. The CHARACTER MAP  is a list of attributes one can develop in everyday life to fully become a professional and bring value to your employer and even your personal life. The Delta Lambda Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi considers these attributes to be foundational values of our chapter, and strives to encourage members on their journey to developing these attributes in their professional and personal lives
